Hollow core door PIVOTS are made by Angle-Shoe Pivots in Canberra Australia.  'Moly-Poly' engineered Nylon pivots have been specifically designed for 35mm (1 3/8") HC doors or semi-solid light doors to 35kg (70 lbs).  They are remarkably easy to fit and should save up to 30% of the finished cost of installed doors.  Door frames and architraves and other joinery trim can be eliminated. There are also savings in wall framing and painting costs. Moly-Poly pivots are ideal for flush 'Invisible' doors. Unlike traditional pivot sets Moly-Poly pivots are easy and quick to fit.

Traditional architectural hardware pivot sets are generally for doors over 38mm thick and carry up to 300kg and they are expensive. Moly-Poly pivots have been tested to 500,000 cycles 90° cycles 35kg
